This policy explains how Multiply Technologies LLC, doing business as Multiply Leads ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information. It covers this website, the lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram for our clients, and text messages we send.
Information we collect
From business owners who contact us
When you fill out the form on this website or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, trade, service area and any message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
From homeowners who request a quote
We run lead ads on behalf of home service businesses. When you submit a lead form in one of those ads, we receive the information in the form, such as your name, phone number, email, zip code and answers about your project. We share it with the business named in the ad so they can contact you about your request. We do not sell it or share it with other businesses.
Automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. This website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may send text messages about your inquiry or quote request, such as confirmations and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How we use information

Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the client business a homeowner asked to hear from, and with service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, email delivery and customer relationship management software. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@getmultiplyleads.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
